The 31st edition of INDEX Dubai, a leading international exhibition for interior design, kicked off at the Dubai World Trade Center.

The India Pavilion, a highlight of the event, showcases a diverse range of products from Indian companies specializing in home decor,  textiles and furniture.  

62 Indian exporters, brought together by the Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH), Cotton Textile Export Promotion Council (Texprocil) and Manmade and Technical Textiles Export Promotion Council (MATEXIL), are displaying their latest creations at the pavilion.

The exquisite collection includes rugs, quilts, bed covers, throws, lighting accessories, home decor, kitchenware, and wall art. Consul K Kalimuthu of the Consulate General of India in Dubai officially inaugurated the India Pavilion, underscoring the importance of this platform for Indian businesses.

The EPCH, established in 1986, plays a key role in promoting Indian handicrafts globally.

The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council, popularly known as Texprocil has been the international face of cotton textiles from India facilitating exports worldwide.

INDEX Dubai provides a valuable opportunity for Indian companies to connect with buyers and showcase the unique craftsmanship of their products.

This year’s INDEX Dubai features over 530 exhibitors, from 34 countries, a significant increase from last year. The show emphasizes current trends in interior design, including sustainability, technology integration, and wellness.

The three-day event has become a major gathering for the interior design industry, offering a comprehensive experience with conferences, workshops, and showcases of cutting-edge products.
