Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff under the Ministry of Defence, in collaboration with the Centre for Joint Warfare Studies, on Tuesday organized a conference on Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) and its strategic implications at Manekshaw Centre in Delhi. In a social media post, Defence Ministry informed that the discussions held during the conference focused on the role of BCI in future warfare, human-machine integration and indigenous innovation. The event also called for stronger synergy among Armed Forces, academia and industry to harness frontier technologies for national security. The Ministry said that the conference was attended by Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan and other senior officials.
