In the US, Donald Trump has recorded the lowest 100-day approval rating of any president in the country in the past 80 years. According to a new poll conducted by ABC News, The Washington Post and Ipsos, only 39 percent of Americans said they approved of how Trump is handling his job, a drop of six points since February. The figure is even lower than his previous 42 percent approval recorded in 2017.
Trump also faced strong opposition on a range of policy issues. Majorities said they disapproved of his handling of stock market volatility, tariffs, foreign relations, and the economy overall.
