Jammu and Kashmir Police attached land of a person at Gagrian area near Line of control, who had crossed over to other side of the border and is currently residing in PoJK.

According to the official sources, the said person – identified as Manzoor Ahmed, son of Ali Mohd, crossed over to PoJK in nineties and his actions there are suspecious, in view of which District Court Poonch ordered to attach his property under number 317-B/C JMP.

Following the court order, land measuring 2 kanals 18 marlas with khasra number 59 and 12 marlas with khasra number 9, was attached by the police today under section 87/88.
DySP Hqrs Poonch, Neeraj Sharma, Station House Officer Mandi, Sham Lal and Incharge Police Post Sawjian, Rajat Nanawat were on spot with police party and attached property in presence of executive magistrate (Naib Tehsildar).
