US President Donald Trump calls up Prime Minister Modi to discuss West Asia situation

Prime Minister Modi said that India supports de-escalation and restoration of peace at the earliest, ensuring that the Strait of Hormuz remains open, secure and accessible, which is essential for the whole world. Mr Modi said that they agreed to stay in touch regarding efforts towards peace and stability.
