Indian Mission in Kuwait Expands Media Outreach with New Platform

The Embassy of India in Kuwait has launched the India-Kuwait Media Connect (IKMC), a platform aimed at strengthening engagement and dialogue with Kuwaiti media. Launched on 30th September, the platform focuses on “Partnership, Perspectives and Possibilities” and was attended by senior representatives of leading Kuwaiti media organisations.

IKMC aims to provide regular access to information and facilitate exchanges on India, the Embassy’s activities and India-Kuwait relations. It will also highlight India’s infrastructure, technology and digital capabilities, economic growth, innovation and development.

Ambassador of India to Kuwait Paramita Tripathi said the media has an important role in fostering mutual understanding and strengthening relations between India and Kuwait. She also unveiled the IKMC logo at the event.

As part of the initiative, the Embassy plans to hold monthly press conferences for Kuwaiti media representatives, allowing direct interaction with Embassy officials and updates on matters of mutual interest
